Order Information

7 easy steps to Place an Order...

1. Choose your favourite Invitation Design or Collection
2. Email your details to mel@quickcreations.com.au
3. You will receive a Quote via email
4. Read over the quote, select the products you require, sign off and advise Quick Creations via email
5. Email the exact details of your event
6. You will receive an Invoice via email, with final wording and layout examples attached
7. Once full payment and your aproval to print has been received, I will begin creating your Invitations and coordinating stationery immediately.

Here's how...in more detail

1. Choose your favourite Invitation Design or Collection

2. Email the following details to mel@quickcreations.com.au

- Your Name
- Your contact number
- Postal Address
- Date and location of Event
- Chosen collection or special occasion invitation name and order code -
(order code can be found at the end of each product page)
- Indicate the number of items you would like -
i.e. 25 invitations, 50 place cards, 50 bombonieres / favors from the Elegant Hearts Collection
- The date that you need to post invitations etc to your guests.

3. I will then forward a quote to your email address with the quantity and the details of the items required with the Total Cost.

4. Read through and check that all the details are correct and tick the items that you are happy to purchase. If you wish to change your order i.e. you would like more of a particular item, make a note next to that item and initial the change. Once your happy with the quote, sign and date at the bottom, and either scan and email or mail back to Quick Creations.

5. Email the exact details of your event -

i.e. for a Birthday Party Invitation - The Date, Location, Time,  and the exact wording you wish to have printed.
If you wish to have guest names printed on the invites as well there is an additional charge per invitation of $0.70 per invitation.

i.e. for Wedding Invitations - The exact wording and layout you wish to have printed ensuring you include the following:
- Parents Names or just simply Mr & Mrs ...
- Bride and Grooms Full Names (that you wish to be used on the chosen stationery)
- Ceremony Location
- Date
- Time
- Reception Location
- Time
- Dress Code
- Registry Information
- Wishing well wording 
- and any additional information or quotes/poems you would like to include
- guest names to be included on individual invitations, (additional $0.70 per invitation)
- font choice (if multiple fonts required please indicate which information is to have the different font)

(all of these details are to ensure you get the most personalised invitations and coordinating stationery)
i.e. for Place Cards or Bomboniere tags - a full list of guest names

For all other coordinating stationery i.e. Save the Date Cards, Acceptance Cards, RSVP Post Cards, and Thank You Cards please specify exact wording and layout you desire.

6. Once I have received all of your information and signed and accepted quote, I will finalise your order with an invoice with the attached wording with the font that you have requested for you to view. On the Invoice it will indicate the Quick Creations Direct Deposit details (if you wish to discuss other payment options please contact me).

POSTAGE: Please also indicate if you wish to collect your invitations from Andrews Farm, South Australia, or if would like to have them posted to you directly.
(N.B. additional postage costs will be added to your Total Invoice to cover the correct postage and handling costs).

7. Once full payment has been received, I will begin creating your Invitations and coordinating stationery immediately.
Depending on the size of your order, it can take between 2 - 4 weeks to be completed once I have all of your final information.

***Please allow for enough time before needing to post or hand out your invitations to your guests, rush orders can be arranged please email me for rush orders as there will be additional costs depending on your desired time frame*** 

 

Terms & Conditions

Once I have your written confirmation OK TO PRINT, guest list and full payment,
I will begin creating the stationery immediately.
***Please Note: Once printing has been approved No Changes can be made.
Quick Creations is not responsible for any spelling/wording.
All funds paid are non-refundable due to specialty purchases for individual orders***
